Boys always say, “Boys will be boys,”
but it’s time now to tear that tale apart.
Starkly, men need to stand in solidarity,
because daughters are dying in deafening silence.

We have no need for these naive narratives—
lies only made to lessen the liability.
They’re free admission for entitled infants
while we pressure our girls to protect themselves.

Instead, we need to instigate an education
to teach truths on how to treat women.
Foundations that are found in the fathers
planting seeds, principles passed down to their sons.
